Welcome to Kidssentials
Kidssentials has been the proud supplier of nutritious hot lunches and snack programs to students in Public, Catholic, Private, Montessori Schools and Child Care Centers since 1996. We offer a unique service where food, which would otherwise be compromised by prepackaging, is assembled and served fresh on-site.
Our Kidssentials team caters to Schools, Montessori and Child care Centers in the Kitchener-Waterloo and Greater Toronto Area which includes Halton Region (Halton Hills, Oakville, Burlington, Milton), Peel Region (Brampton, Mississauga) and Toronto Region (City of Toronto, East York, North York, Etobicoke and York).
Who We Are
Serving lunches at a school takes special people. Our employees have experience dealing with children and have found that a job at Kidssentials fits well in their lives. All of our staff have their vulnerable citizens police check and their food handlers certificate.

At Kidssentials, we are dedicated to the mantra of “Eat Well Live Well”. Our commitment is reflected in our menu, which boasts a wide array of nutrient-dense offerings, including fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins, and fish.

We have developed a catered lunch program that is simple to run, requires little from the school administration, and at the same time meets the needs of students, parents and staff. Kidssentials is Easy to Offer in Your School
In most schools today, students have only 20 minutes to eat. So, it’s really important that the lunch program in your school be quick and efficient. Kidssentials staff are on-site at school from the beginning to end of lunchtime to answer any questions, assist students, and ensure the smooth running of the lunch program.
